We teach personal protection to many different groups of people, ages and abilities. Our method is based on an understanding of the phases of confrontation we call Detect - Defuse - Defend. We take a 3 -Dimensional approach to training in Personal protection and Functional Fitness, acknowledging the Emotional, Psychological and Physical factors which determine our responses to fear, aggression and violence. Fear Management and Confrontation Management dynamics underline all the training.
Our sessions are based around SPEAR System training methods, converting the body's natural responses into tactical options for keeping safe. The SPEAR System is now included in the UK's CENTREX police training manuals.
