Personal Description:
Frank started training 25 years ago as a karate student and shortly afterwards
instructor secretly walking to classes from boarding school, teaching locally
and in sports centres throughout the UK.

the oldest and most respected associations in the UK, where he still trains and
teaches.
He has been fortunate to have trained and examined by some of the finest
British and Japanese instructors in the world learning and absorbing delivery
styles in the process. Which he extends in his teaching keeping as close as
possible to the spirit of the traditional aspects of the art.
In 1992 he travelled to Florida, USA were he underwent training as a pilot and Flight Instructor for 2 years, and after successfully completing this returned to the UK for a short while before travelling to Middle-East to teach, and train both at universities, corporate, and military organisations. Continuing to fly in the process getting ratings on more complex aircraft along the way.
Receiving an award from the air force for his attitude towards learning was testimony of his training style and meeting the President of the country from whom he received his invitation in the first place - one of the highlights.
On his return to the UK he spent a short while “readapting” and then commenced working as a training consultant for major brands and has provided training and coaching to thousands of staff in the corporate field.
